Hello Worldwide Readers

October 3rd, 2008

OK, you might think I’m overreacting, but web stats tell me there have been 2 Iraqi’s, 4 swedes and 8 Iranians come to visit Dr Gagg - and I find that pretty exciting (even if it was perhaps, a complete random mistake while surfing).

Many years ago, two friends and I drove “The Hippy Trail” from London to Kathmandu (except the VW Kombi died in northern India and we had to fly the last leg to Nepal - but that’s by the by). This took us through Iran - which now days, in the US, is seen as a land of evil terrorists. Certainly driving through Tehran was pretty terrifying- but I have memories of Isfahan as being this spectacularly beautiful place with a congenial populace.

So I am happy to have Iranians visit - and any other nationality come to that!
